Q. How to fix the bug of margin notes showing up in the wrong side?

This is a known issue of \marginpar. One way to solve it is to call mparhack package to fix it. But the author withdraws the claim that this can fix the problem So instead of using \marginpar, use \marn instead. It will fix the problem.
